Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable Items
- Opened or partially used pet treats and chews.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or under special discount offers.
- Custom or promotional bundles.
Return Process

Refunds & Replacements
